Jen Havice is a messaging strategist, conversion copywriter, and growth marketer who helps subscription and membership businesses turn best-fit customers into happy subscribers for life with their marketing. She’s the founder of Make Mention Media, where she consults with businesses on how to align their marketing messages with customer needs so they can get more new customers, make existing members happier, and increase retention rates for all customers. She has a well-earned reputation for creating content with personality that is strongly correlated with conversion.
Jen helps business owners figure out how to tell their story so that customers are able to see themselves in it. The marketing messages she helps them craft are more effective and better aligned with customer needs.
